Privacy Policy

BSMLH Platform | Alai Corporation | Effective: June 1, 2026

1. Zero Data Collection

BSMLH does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All operations — identity verification, key derivation, and encryption — are performed exclusively on your device. Nothing leaves your device.

2. How It Works

When you verify your identity, your document data is processed locally on your device to generate a unique cryptographic hash (HUID). Only this hash is recorded in the public registry — it is mathematically impossible to recover your personal data from it.

3. No Servers, No Databases

We do not operate any servers that store personal data. Your private keys, passport data, and biometric information never leave your device in any form. We have no access to your data.

4. Blockchain Registry

The only information recorded publicly is your HUID — a one-way cryptographic hash that serves as your anonymous digital identifier. This hash cannot be reversed to reveal your identity.

5. NFC Passport Scanning

The application uses NFC technology to read your passport chip. This data is used solely for identity verification and is processed entirely on-device. No passport data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

6. Children

Our services are not intended for users under 13 years of age.
